Drawing on your expert knowledge of Airbus systems, you will lead and mentor our clients through their training, enabling them to achieve training objectives. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working with a number of different organizations and nationalities. We work with the most advanced technologies in the industry and can guarantee an exciting role where no two days are the same. Due to upcoming projects, we have full-time and freelance positions available for experienced instructors in these three locations: Milan and Stockholm (SFI - A320) and Copenhagen (SFI - A350).Role and Responsibilities:Provides simulator/ flight instruction on one single type rating for the issue of licenses, type rating and certificates or provide ground school instruction in classResponsible for conducting pre and post flight simulator briefings in a thorough, professional manner and in accordance with CAE standardsOther required administrative duties (completes training records, recommends remedial training when necessary, track his/her own instructional qualifications, etc.)Participates in creation of curricula and courseware when required40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays depending on the course schedule and sharing the work between the whole team of instructors.Travel to other CAE offices may be required.The role we are offering you:Working with our airline client partners to provide high quality synthetic training on A320 (Milan/Stockholm) / A350 (Copenhagen) platforms.Classroom tuition including briefings, debriefings, and simulator details. Other classroom-based training may be required at timesConcise, timely and accurate report writing, as well as maintaining up-to-date trainee recordsFlagging areas of deficiency and making recovery plans including remedial trainingYou will need (SFI - A320):License: EASA – SFI certificate with A320 Type RatingA true passion for instructing with a strong background in trainingEU Passport or the right to live and work within the EUExcellent English as you will work with international students.You will need (SFI - A350):License: EASA – SFI certificate with A350 Type RatingTotal time: Minimum of 1500 hours total timeTime on type: Minimum of 1500 hours on Multi Crew aircraftA true passion for instructing with a strong background in trainingEU Passport or the right to live and work within the EUGood English skills are important as you will deal with many international students.
