Events Specialist (Senior)Join to apply for the Events Specialist role at IDC .Type of contract: 8‑month contractLocation: Italy – Milan, HybridWhat You’ll DoEnsure high‑quality delivery of IDC events, managing logistics, speakers, partners, and delegatesOversee financials to ensure event profitabilityExecute marketing activities (event websites, email campaigns, telemarketing)Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and maximize delegate attendanceWork closely with sales teams and other lines of businessBuild and maintain strong, long‑term relationships within the marketAttend events in person across ItalyWe Are Looking For Someone WhoHas 3+ years of end‑to‑end event management experienceBrings an entrepreneurial, motivated, assertive, and collaborative mindsetPossesses strong project management and organizational skillsHas business‑level English proficiencyIs skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordHolds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceNice to have: Experience with Email Marketing tools (e.g., Cvent, Adestra)We are looking forward to your application Please note that our global offices will be shut down for a company‑wide PTO from December 24th to January 2nd.
