If you're a video creative who can animate, film, edit, and bring ideas to life, this role is for youAs the Italy marketing team continues to grow, we are looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer & Videographer to join our team.You will become the first in-house video expert in our Italian office based in Milan. This means: high autonomy, high impact, and a huge opportunity to shape Odoo's brand presence in the Italian market through powerful video content.Your mission will be to produce high-quality, localized video content for the Italian market: tutorials, product explainers, interviews, video testimonials, webinars, marketing videos, and motion design assets that elevate our storytelling and brand.You will collaborate closely with our graphic designers, the Italian Marketing team, and the Media team in Belgium and other Odoo offices, to ensure all visuals align with Odoo's identity while bringing a unique Italian touch.ResponsabilitiesMotion Design & Visual StorytellingCreate motion design videos end-to-end (concept, storyboard, animation, export), ensuring consistency with Odoo's brand guidelines.Adapt and localize motion design content from the Belgium team for the Italian market, across multiple formats.Video production & Studio managementFilm and edit original Italian-language videos, managing the in-house studio in Odoo's Milan office (recording, streaming, tutorials, webinars).Handle full video production for diverse content, including customer stories, social media and campaign videos.Cross-team Collaboration & Creative InnovationCollaborate with the Italy Marketing team, graphic designers and the Media team in Belgium to support campaigns, launches and events.Proactively propose new ideas, formats and creative approaches to elevate Odoo's video content.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in video production and motion design.Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1).Master Premiere Pro and After Effects.Skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.Experience with A / V equipment, studio setup, lighting, microphones, cameras.Ability to manage end-to-end video projects with full ownership.Creative, curious, flexible and autonomous.What's great about this job?End-to-end ownership of motion design and video projects, from creative concept to final delivery for the Italian market.Creative freedom and experimentation, with space to propose new formats, styles and storytelling approaches and the chance to build and run your own studio setup.International exposure, working closely with Odoo's Media team in Belgium while creating content for the Italian market.Hybrid work modality(3 days on site / 2 fixed days on remote)Take a look to our in-house videos :At Odoo, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace that is diverse, inclusive, and truly authentic.
