This profile will be responsible for leading an incredibly exciting pipeline of hybrid and standalone BESS and solar projects from Rt B to COD..We are searching for a true specialist in Project Management to manage and support all stakeholders across both internal and external teams. A strong background in the delivery and management of utility-scale solar projects is essential, with BESS experience considered a strong advantage..This is a senior role in a small but incredibly ambitious team, looking to become one of the leading players in the Italian BESS market, as demonstrated by their recent MACSE success. With strong international backing, the company is entering a significant growth phase, offering clear opportunities to progress into a Head of EPC position in the near future..ResponsibilitiesFull project management of multiple utility-scale solar & BESS plants from Rt B to CODPlan deployment and implementation of projects alongside internal engineering and procurement teamsSupport internal engineering and development teams through secondary permitting and execution phasesCollaborate with the internal procurement team to handle contract negotiations and contribute to cost control proceduresOversee construction works progress, managing all relevant stakeholders, including external subcontractorsPlan commissioning activities and manage handover to the O& M team .Key Skills & ExperienceDegree in Engineering (Electrical/Civil)10+ years’ experience in relevant project management rolesProven track record of delivering large-scale (10 MW+) solar and BESS projects in ItalyDeep expertise in local construction laws, regulations, HSE procedures, and grid codesFluent in Italian and English .Why Join?Highly ambitious IPP with a clear, proven strategy in BESS development within Italy.Currently executing over 200 MW of standalone and hybrid solar/BESS assets.Fantastic growth opportunities to become a team leader as Head of EPC.
