Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per prestigiosa azienda leader nell’approvvigionamento, produzione e vendita di elettricità e gas e nei servizi energetici ed ambientali, ricerca un/a:La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della Direzione HR e, riportando direttamente al Responsabile Managerial Development and Rewards, avrà l’obiettivo di supportare il team HR nella definizione e implementazione delle politiche retributive.Il candidato/a gestirà in autonomia le seguenti attività:Definizione delle linee guida di politica retributiva in coerenza con la strategia aziendale e le logiche di Gruppo;Implementazione delle politiche di Executive compensation in coordinamento con il Gruppo;Valutazione delle posizioni organizzative, analisi retributive interne e benchmarking di mercato;Definizione, in collaborazione con gli HR Business Partner, dei piani di incentivazione a breve e lungo termine per famiglia professionale;Supporto alla predisposizione della documentazione relativa alla Relazione annuale sulla remunerazione e ai Comitati di remunerazione;Elaborazione e aggiornamento della reportistica relativa alle politiche retributive;Requisiti richiesti:Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni maturata presso società di consulenza in ambito retributivo o in ruolo analogo presso aziende complesse quotate;Background universitario di studi economici e/o quantitativi;Conoscenza delle metodologie di valutazione delle posizioni organizzative;Ottima conoscenza di Excel nelle sue funzioni di analisi più avanzate e di Power Point per la creazione di presentazioni;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per gestire i contatti con le altre Società del Gruppo;Ottime capacità analitiche e di sintesi relative ai dati numerici.Sede di Lavoro: Milano centro.L’annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
