Per azienda multinazionale leader nel settore della componentistica per l'automazione industriale ricerchiamo: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER FLUID CONTROL La risorsa sarà responsabile di assicurare ai sales engineer e ai clienti il supporto tecnico necessario sia in fase di prevendita che di postvendita, con un focus sui prodotti legati al controllo dei fluidi e ai thermochiller. In particolare si occuperà di: Analizzare le esigenze del cliente al fine di di fornire un puntuale supporto tecnico per lo sviluppo delle applicazioni relative ai prodotti più idonei per le loro macchine, sia in fase di prevendita che postvendita Fornire supporto tecnico alla forza vendita Promuovere e supportare le vendite nel creare nuove opportunità di sviluppo prodotto Collaborare con il Training Department nella realizzazione ed erogazione dei corsi di formazione tecnica Sono richiesti laurea e/o diploma tecnico ambito automazione/elettrotecnica/meccanica/energetica ed esperienza in ruoli di supporto tecnico/application engineer nei settori automazione/elettronica. Si richiedono inoltre conoscenza dell’ambito del controllo dei fluidi e/o chiller/refrigerazione, buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e disponibilità ad effettuare brevi trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
