Overview Join Bending Spoons as a Junior Employment Lawyer and help shape our global HR ecosystem. You’ll work cross‑functionally to onboard talent, negotiate offers, and support international employees while ensuring compliance with workplace laws. Responsibilities Guide onboarding/offboarding processes, handling contract changes, system updates, and document processing. Manage the people side of extraordinary administrative operations including new business acquisitions, internal reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans. Oversee job‑offer processes end‑to‑end: monitoring, negotiation, and supporting international employees with visas and other required documentation. Work cross‑functionally to develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives. Support new office launches by coordinating the administrative workstream, conducting due diligence on local requirements, and building and maintaining the administrative blueprint. Stay up to date with workplace international laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and effective enforcement across our organizations, in collaboration with external consultants. Qualifications Excellent reasoning ability. You solve complex problems, think from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases, and attend to critical details. Strong drive. You’re ambitious, initiative‑oriented, and hold yourself to a high bar. Team spirit. You support teammates, give generously, and are reliable, honest, and transparent. Proficiency in English. Annual salary ranges from £56,345 to £151,436 in London and €54,346 to €145,430 in Europe. Equity is available to permanent hires. Flexible work.
