If you are looking to join an high-talent team and contribute to a (literally) space-bound project, this is your chanceWe are seeking a talented Aerospace Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Software and Embedded Systems departments to program and integrate our software suite and the onboard computer systems of our Stratostats platforms. This role involves close collaboration with the Chief AI Officer and the CTO to ensure seamless integration and functionality of our advanced aerospace systems.ResponsabilitiesDevelop and maintain software applications using Python and JavaScript.Integrate circuit-code solutions on Linux-based platforms.Collaborate with the Software and Embedded Systems teams to program and integrate our software suite.Work on the onboard computer systems of Stratostats platforms.Ensure the robustness and reliability of software solutions through rigorous testing and validation.Contribute to the continuous improvement of software engineering processes and methodologies.Work closely with the Chief AI Officer and the CTO on project specifications and requirements.Must haveProficiency in Python and JavaScript.Strong experience with Linux operating systems.Hands-on experience with circuit-code integration.Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Nice to haveExperience in aerospace or related industries.Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.Experience with embedded systems engineering.Familiarity with stratospheric or high-altitude balloon systems.Why join Involve Space?A dynamic, innovation-driven, and talent-rich environment.A key role in the company’s growth and international positioning.Access to high-profile networking opportunities within the space sector.Continuous personal and professional growth.Direct collaboration with executive leadership and creative autonomy.Each employee has a chance to see the impact of his work.
