About the RoleAre you passionate about smart buildings and the intersection of IoT, energy management, and user experience? Do you enjoy translating user needs into real, functional products? If so, this could be the role for youWe are looking for a Product Owner with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our intelligent building solutions—defining product requirements, writing clear specifications, and collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered products.Product Definition & DevelopmentCollaborate with the Product Management team to refine and translate product roadmap ideas into clear, actionable specifications.Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), including feature descriptions, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system flows.Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (using tools like Figma) to bring feature ideas to life.Team Collaboration & Agile ExecutionWork closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, review progress, and ensure the final product meets design and functional expectations.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination—all within an Agile/Scrum framework.Impact & InfluenceYour insights will help shape the next generation of smart building technology.Bridge the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical execution.What are we looking for?A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or a related field.Experience: 3–8 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in smart buildings, BMS, HVAC, or related areas.Proven ability to write structured PRDs and user stories.Hands‑on experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Axure.Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across engineering and design teams.Fluent in English—Italian is a plusFamiliar with Agile/Scrum development environments.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of HVAC systems and Energy Management Systems (EMS).Understanding of European energy efficiency standards or smart building regulations (e.g., EN15232, EPBD).Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct ManagementIndustries:Industrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
