Food and Beverage SupervisorA Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.What will I be doing?Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operationsCommunicate and delegate tasks to the teamEnsure compliance of brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerRepresent needs of the teamAssist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targetsAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team membersAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals for team members under your responsibilityComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsWhat are we looking for?Previous Food and Beverage experienceCommitted to delivering high levels of customer servicePositive attitudeGood communication skillsFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsAbility to work on your own or in teamsFluent in English and ItalianAdditional advantagesPrevious experience in hotel industryPrevious experience in supervising and/or delegationWillingness to develop team members and selfAbout HiltonHilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended‑stay suites and mid‑priced hotels.
