PurposeWe’re looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Project Manager to join our Project & Portfolio Management Unit, part of the Global Product Industrialization Department within the Global Manufacturing Division. If you're passionate about driving innovation, leading cross-functional, international teams, and delivering impactful results in a global context, this role is for you. You will lead and coordinate Products Technology Transfers, New Product Introductions and Lifecycle Management Projects for the Global Manufacturing Division.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the management preparing and presenting business cases for project approvals.Define project scope, deliverables and communication plan according to internal/external stakeholder requirements.Kick off and lead cross-functional project teams, define project plans, budgets (cost and effort) and risk register.Ensure flawless project execution aligned with product strategy. Monitor and control the project, track milestones and coordinate team activities.Manage change requests efficiently and properly manage project risk assessment and mitigation plan. Track and report project costs and efforts.Integrate environmental sustainability topics in the project input collection.Collaborate across global company functions (R&D, Commercial Functions, Alliance Management), ensuring alignment with corporate processes.Support continuous improvement of project management processes and share project lessons learned.Foster an inclusive, open and collaborative approach for cross-functional global activities.Experience RequiredAt least 5-8 years' experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical Industry in one of the following areas: Industrialization & Tech
