We strive to always exceed expectations.Role summary Are you a detail driven Business Analyst with a passion for financial technology and a knack for solving complex problems?Join Eurobase , an international software and services provider to financial institutions in over 25 countries, and play a key role in shaping our innovative Siena Banking Product Suite .Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between our clients, product, and engineering teams - translating business needs into smart, scalable software solutions. You’ll:Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document requirementsAnalyse business and technical issues, triaging and ensuring smooth resolutionsConfigure and test software to meet customer needsSupport product enhancements and advise on scope of new developmentContinuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovationBackground in Banking, Treasury, or Financial Software environmentsStrong analytical mindset and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with SQL and/or Power BI a plusA proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware approachQualifications Background in Banking, Treasury, or Financial Software environmentsStrong analytical mindset and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience with SQL and/or Power BI a plusA proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware approachThis is a dynamic, hands on role where your insight and expertise will directly influence product quality, client satisfaction, and overall business success.
