Discover the Role The Junior Legal Consultant will work within the Legal Team, supporting the delivery of timely and high-quality corporate and secretarial services to both global and local clients. He/She will assist the team in administrative tasks and perform a variety of routine legal and corporate activities under close supervision. He/She is expected to make a meaningful individual contribution, demonstrate self-motivation, and maintain effective communication with the team and manager regarding assigned clients. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and management of the global and local clients in the day-by-day corporate and secretarial services; Provision of annual legal compliance support to clients assisting in the financial statement approval; Draft of the minutes of Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meeting of clients and TMF; Assistance to international companies in the incorporation of Italian entities and Italian branches; Draft of Powers of Attorneys and proxies; Attendance to public notarial deeds on behalf of clients; Coordination of the registrations through Tax Authority and Chamber of Commerce; Assistance to clients in corporate operations e.g. changes in Articles of Associations,
