The Make-up artist is Make Up For Ever Muse for make-up. The candidate will support the brand by achieving sales targets, promoting Make Up For Ever image and expertise in the point of sale. The main objective is to provide an excellent customer experience and to represent the brand values towards the customers.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:Sell Make Up For Ever products and provide a high standard of service to customers;Achieve retail sales targets as defined on a monthly basis;Attract andrecruit new customers by traffic-stopping, booking and conducting make-overs;Identify, understand and reformulate the customers' needs;Propose anddemonstrate personalized make up looks by combining top seller and slower sellers;Develop personal and durable relationships with customers through sampling, gwp, ad hoc invitations, etc.;Animate make-up events, beauty classes, master classes in own region or other regions when requested;Control andimprove merchandising during daily sales (tester change, stock control, gondola cleaning, beauty to go replenishment, etc.) while promptly referring to N+1 and pos sales manager any critical situations;Educate customers on Make Up For Ever products, in particular on make-up application techniques and styles, and on the Make Up For Ever brand;Train, withsupport from the training department and only when Sephora staff is available, Sephora team on new launches, make-up application and selling skills;Respect corporate rules (attendance, punctuality, flexibility, collaboration...) and Make Up For Ever grooming guidelines.CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS:Certified Make-Up Artist Charismatic, convincing & passionate about make up and sales;High sell out attitude (loves make up and enjoys selling it to customers in Sephora stores);Adaptable to novelty and change, eager to learn;Available to travel in own area and others when requested;Well-organised andself-motivated;Result-oriented, always striving to achieve more and exceed goals;Comfortablein make-up application and adaptation to customer's needs and desires;Customer-service oriented;English speaking is a plus;Driving licence isa plus.Candidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
