Join us to feel the Olympic and Paralympic energy and leave a mark in sport history.Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Games and drives the delivery, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events. It follows core values: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the identification of risk factors and risk assessment in compliance with Italian regulations.Manage the organization of training and health surveillance.Handle H&S requirements in contractor contracts.Elaborate, propose and promote preventive and protective measures and control systems of occupational and environmental safety.Carry out internal and on‑site audits.Supervise actions defined after audits and analysis of near misses.Participate in project teams for venue activities as the function’s contact person.Manage suppliers responsible for safety management.Collaborate with competent bodies and administrations concerning worker safety.Collaborate with other corporate functions on technical/operational safety documentation.Propose and organize training events on work safety and environmental issues.Verify that suppliers comply with company HSE policies.Draw up works council and interference management.Verify contractor’s documents according to art. 26, comma 8 of Dlgs 81/2008.Requirements4–7 years’ experience in the role, in project activities for major events or industry consulting companies.Previous experience in construction and auditing activities is preferable.Solid knowledge of environmental legislation, occupational safety and ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.Excellent computer skills: advanced knowledge of Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
