Job OverviewGrafton Office is a dedicated team focused on enhancing the experience, skills and potential of candidates in Accounting, Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Purchasing and Office Management. We are a group of passionate professionals working to guide our candidates toward roles and environments that best fit their competencies and expectations.ResponsibilitiesSupport the HR function in the operational management of administrative and organizational procedures concerning employees, dedicating yourself to the entire employee life cycle. In particular:Payroll process management and collaboration with the consulting firm.Management of the Zucchetti HR portal (monthly timecard posting, personal data management, data extraction, file upload).Document, contract and reporting management.Application and updating of HR policies and internal procedures.Workplace safety: training, occupational medicine and accident handling.Management of the annual training plan and personal training paths.Temporary work management.حدود termination.
