Il Facility Associate ha la responsabilità di favorire il riordino ed il corretto mantenimento dello showroom e degli spazi circostanti, assicurando che tutti gli ambienti rispecchino l’immagine e gli standard del brand. Collabora attivamente con il team nella gestione di servizi generali, supportando le attività quotidiane e gli eventi aziendali.Responsabilità principaliSvolgere attività di manutenzione ordinariaSet-up quotidiano in base agli eventi ed appuntamenti (allestimento sale meeting, collegamento conference-call, ricezione e smistamento posta)Movimentare le collezioni in collaborazione con le direttive condivise dallo showroomDialogare con fornitori di servizi (pulizie, sicurezza, allestimenti, logistica)Gestire e adempiere alle richieste interne relative a spazi, arredi e impiantiMonitorare la funzionalità degli impianti (illuminazione, elettrico, sicurezza)Curare la disposizione e l’immagine complessiva degli spaziEsperienza pregressa in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in contesti luxury, showroom, retail o hospitalityEccellente attenzione ai dettagli e senso esteticoCapacità di problem solving e gestione di fornitoriBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseSesto San Giovanni, Lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
