Manager, Customer Program page is loaded## Manager, Customer Programlocations: Torino, Italytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR **Customer Program Manager****Location:** San Maurizio Canavese, TO**Salary:** 29,459 - 36,824 EUR***Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey*****We currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Program Manager to join us at our customer site in Turin.**As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.As a **Customer Program Manager**, you will build, maintain and continuously improve a key customer relationship, acting as the first point of contact for the customer, proactively responding to any issues onsite and compiling performance data to support strategic conversations.You will oversee delivery performance and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain challenges, often handling escalations from both customers and internal teams.**About You**You will be proactive and tenacious with excellent attention to detail; resilient, with an ability to work confidently using your own initiative. Understanding and actioning the customer requirements will be at the heart of everything you do. Intermediate excel skills are a must for this role.You will be able to demonstrate understanding in purchasing processes and invoice management, including handling supplier purchase orders, monitoring lead times and ensuring timely delivery of goods or services.You will have a good understanding of the English language, both verbally and in writing (B2 minimum)We are particularly interested in people from a logistics background with experience in working a customer relationship position where excellence is at the heart of what you do.
