Our client, an international distributor of premium Korean and global skincare brands, is scaling rapidly and seeking Senior-level Beauty Sales Closers / Strategic Sales Consultants to own and grow high-value B2B territories.This role is for proven closers who know how to open doors, build trust with buyers, and convert conversations into revenue.About The RoleYou will be responsible for opening and closing wholesale accounts with:Premium beauty retailersDepartment storesPharmacies and clinicsDistributors and buying groupsYou will own your territory commercially and be expected to drive results with autonomy and accountability.This is a commission-only role with a highly competitive, uncapped structure, designed for senior sales professionals who want upside, flexibility, and long-term growth.Who This Role Is ForYou are likely a strong fit if you:Have proven B2B sales experience in beauty, skincare, luxury retail, FMCG, or pharmaceuticalsHave opened accounts (not just managed them)Are confident pitching to senior buyers and decision-makersAre commercially sharp and outcome-drivenAre comfortable operating independently without micromanagementHave a passion for beauty, skincare and exceeding targetsWant a role where performance, not politics, drives rewardMultilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. If you already have contacts and a network in the beauty, skincare and luxury retail sector, this would give you an added advantage.What You'll Be DoingIdentifying and pursuing new retail and distribution opportunitiesPitching skincare brands confidently and professionallyNegotiating wholesale orders and commercial termsManaging follow-ups and closing dealsBuilding long-term buyer relationshipsMaintaining accurate CRM recordsProviding market insight and feedbackRepresenting the brands with credibility and polishThis is a pure sales and closing role.
