Role Overview: Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager As a Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of existing affiliate programs, with a strong focus on the DACH market. Your role includes managing and optimizing the performance of affiliate accounts by monitoring lead volume, conversion rates, and commissions on a daily basis. Developing a solid understanding of affiliate platform dashboards and our internal performance monitoring tools is essential to meet the day-to-day requirements of this position. Key Responsibilities Performance Review – Analyze merchant performance on Kelkoo using affiliate network and internal Cube data. KPI Monitoring – Track gross margin, commission levels, lead volume, and calculate eCPC for each merchant. Campaign Development & Optimization – Support revenue and lead growth via CPA increases, CSS approvals, and feed quality improvements. Campaign Maintenance &
