For a pharmaceutical project based in the Florence area, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to support site execution through pre-commissioning, commissioning readiness, and handover within a regulated GMP environment.Ensure safe, compliant, and timely execution of electrical construction activities , delivering a structured and traceable handover to commissioning and qualification phases in line with project and GMP requirements.Key ResponsabilitiesManage and supervise electrical construction activities on site (installation, progress)Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, managing interfaces and construction prioritiesEnforce HSE requirements and site procedures (PTW, LOTO where applicable)Perform field quality checks, walkdowns, punch list management, issue resolution, and closurePrepare systems for pre-commissioning and commissioning , aligned with ITPs and test strategiesManage construction documentation: as-built drawings, test records, certificates, turnover packagesInterface with Engineering, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth transition from construction to start-upRequirementsProven experience as Construction Manager / Site Manager within the electrical disciplineSolid background in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical or other regulated industries (GMP experience preferred)Strong knowledge of electrical systems: LV (and MV where applicable), panels, grounding, cabling, and interfaces with utilities and control systemsExcellent contractor coordination, planning, and problem-solving skillsFluent Italian (mandatory) for site activities and contractor coordinationGood working knowledge of English in a project environmentPharmatec SRL is an equal opportunity employer.
