e-work SpA, sede di Roma, ricerca per struttura alberghiera con ristorante interno una figura di SOUS CHEF La risorsa sarà inserita presso una struttura alberghiera situata a Roma, in zona EUR, specializzata nell'ospitalità congressuale e dotata di ristorante interno. Il contesto di lavoro è organizzato, con una cucina di dimensioni contenute e una brigata ridotta, che consente un rapporto diretto e collaborativo tra i membri dello staff. L'attività ristorativa è focalizzata su cucina romana e italiana, con proposte classiche e curate, oltre alla gestione di banchetti ed eventi. La risorsa affiancherà lo Chef nella gestione operativa della cucina e contribuirà attivamente alla preparazione delle linee di servizio.
