Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the road freight sectorActively acquire new clients and expand the company's customer portfolioPrepare and negotiate customized commercial offersWork closely with operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfactionMonitor market trends, rates, and competitorsAchieve and exceed sales targets with a strong ownership mindset Your ProfileMinimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Freight Forwarder, Transport Broker, or within a Transport AgencySolid understanding of road freight pricing, margins, and market dynamicsStrong B2 B sales and negotiation skillsFluent English requiredItalian, German, or another European language is a strong advantageHighly autonomous, target-driven, and commercially mindedWillingness to relocate full-time to Austria (38.5 hours/week) What We OfferFull-time, stable contract (38.5h/week)Annual gross salary range: €40,000 – €70,000, based on experience and performancePerformance-based bonuses and additional benefits14 salary payments per year25 vacation days per yearFree German language course to support integrationContinuous professional development and real career growth opportunitiesModern office in the center of Kufstein, well connected and international
