OverviewJob Title: Clinical Application Specialist Ultrasound NE District Clinical Application Specialist Ultrasound NE District: Promoting and training on clinical utilization of Philips Ultrasound Solutions to Radiologists, Cardiologists and other clinical users. The Application Specialist ensures customers are properly trained to optimally use the applications, improving clinical effectiveness and maximizing customer satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesBeing the clinical referent for Ultrasound within the territory of competence (North-East). Training customers and ensuring they are properly trained in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered. Support the sales process for both direct and indirect channels by highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for installed base, and advising the marketing force during tenders and system promotions. Provide feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation Unit. Support new product launches and provide required applications report upon completion of all application visits. QualificationsMaster's degree level education or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging or Sonography. Background knowledge and experience in Clinical Ultrasound Application is a nice to have. Knowledge of sales process with direct & indirect channels is a nice to have. 2/3 years of experience in clinical field. Willingness to travel around North East of Italy is required. Advanced English, verbal and written in addition to Italian as local language. Geographical Area: North East of Italy, preferably based in Padova or Bologna.
