Specializzata in performance management e controllo di gestione, siamo alla ricerca un/a Manufacturing Controller per un progetto con un cliente nel settore alimentare. Descrizione della missione Con riferimento all’operatività del dipartimento produttivo, le principali mansioni sono: Gestire il controlling del plant: costi di produzione, costi diretti/indiretti, variabili e fissi. Monitorare e analizzare Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), scostamenti, OPEX, assorbimento manodopera diretta/indiretta. Preparare e aggiornare standard cost, distinte base (BOM) e cicli produttivi in collaborazione con Pianificazione e Engineering. Valutare e monitorare varianze di produzione (price, quantity, mix, efficiency). Gestire il processo di budget annuale e forecast periodico per il perimetro manufacturing. Fornire analisi di redditività dei reparti, linee di produzione, prodotti. Supportare Operations nella definizione dei target di costi, efficienze e investimenti. Preparare report periodici per il management, con KPI industriali. Effettuare analisi ad hoc su costi materiali, consumi, resa produttiva. Collaborare con Produzione, Logistica, Acquisti e Qualità nella definizione di piani di efficienza. Profilo ricercato Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini. + 5 anni di esperienza nella mansione all’interno di contesti produttivi (automotive, aerospace, pharma, food, chimico, elettronica, metalmeccanica). Ottima padronanza di SAP. Conoscenza approfondita di Excel, Power BI o strumenti di BI. Capacità analitica e di problem-solving. Presenza on-site a Roma con possibilità di smart working.
