This role is essential in Badia to ensure business continuity and seamless operations.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical support and customer assistance for devices and softwareInstallation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipmentUser management in Active Directory and system accessTroubleshooting login, VPN, and connectivity issuesUser training on new technologiesReviewing and updating IT documentationEvaluation and replacement of obsolete devicesSkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft M365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus)Experience in IT service management (Service Now) and change managementAbility to work in international and multicultural environmentsRequirementsDegree or Technical education preferredMicrosoft certification is a plusFluent Italian, Advanced English (C1); other languages are a plusTimely and accurate ticket closure in ServiceNowOn-call availability across shiftsCompliance with corporate standards, SOX, MDR and FDA nice to haveDentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
