Responsabilità chiave Principali responsabilità: Coordinamento delle attività HSE nei cantieri e/o stabilimenti produttivi Verifica e aggiornamento della documentazione (DVR, DUVRI, POS, PSC) Monitorare il rispetto delle normative HSE italiane e delle procedure aziendali nei cantieri e negli impianti. Partecipazione ad audit, ispezioni, riunioni tecniche e indagini su near-miss, incidenti e non conformità, proponendo azioni correttive e preventive; Gestire e monitorare KPI HSE, reportistica e documentazione obbligatoria Gestione delle non conformità e dei piani di miglioramento Collaborare con HSE Manager, Project Manager e appaltatori per garantire compliance e standard operativi Formazione e sensibilizzazione del personale interno e dei subappaltatori Chi stiamo cercando Laurea in Ingegneria della Sicurezza, Tecniche della Prevenzione o affini o diploma tecnico in discipline ambientali, ingegneristiche o della sicurezza (Ingegneria Ambientale, Chimica, Industriale o affini). In alternativa comprovata esperienza nella posizione di Supervisore HSE Qualifica ASPP (moduli A e B) preferenziali Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito HSE, preferibilmente in contesti quali O&G, cantieri Conoscenza approfondita del D.Lgs. 81/08, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Buona padronanza di strumenti digitali e software per la gestione HSE Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari e in ambienti dinamici Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana We are looking for a candidate with … A key role, responsible for ensuring the implementation of company health, safety, and environmental policies within the waste sorting plant. The role supports the Plant Manager and Operations Management in monitoring safety conditions, environmental management, and promoting a culture of prevention. Opportunity You are our new HSE Supervisor for our open positions throughout Italy (various construction sites/plants) in the Oil & Gas / Energy / Infrastructure / Construction sectors. Key Responsibilities Main Responsibilities: Coordination of HSE activities on construction sites and/or production facilities Verification and updating of documentation (DVR, DUVRI, POS, PSC) Monitoring compliance with Italian HSE regulations and company procedures on construction sites and plants. Participation in audits, inspections, technical meetings, and investigations into near‑misses, accidents, and non‑compliance, proposing corrective and preventive actions; Manage and monitor HSE KPIs, reporting, and mandatory documentation Manage non‑compliance and improvement plans Collaborate with HSE Managers, Project Managers, and contractors to ensure compliance and operational standards Provide training and awareness to internal staff and subcontractors Who We’re Looking For Degree in Safety Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or similar, or a technical diploma in an environmental, engineering, or safety discipline (Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, or similar). Alternatively, proven experience as an HSE Supervisor is preferred. ASPP qualification (modules A and B) preferred. At least 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in contexts such as O&G, construction sites. In‑depth knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. Good command of digital tools and software for HSE management. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in dynamic environments. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
