Supervisore produzione 2 turni Azienda Azienda farmaceutica situata tra Milano e Monza Offerta La risorsa riportando al responsabile di produzione avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Coordinare le attività delle linee di produzione sterili, garantendo il rispetto dei piani di produzione e delle normative GMP. Supervisionare un team di operatori di produzione, gestire i turni e assegnare compiti per una gestione efficiente delle risorse. Monitorare i parametri di qualità durante la produzione e intervenire in caso di deviazioni. Collaborare con i reparti di Qualità, Manutenzione, Magazzino e Supply Chain per garantire un flusso produttivo ottimale. Partecipare a iniziative di miglioramento continuo, proponendo azioni correttive e preventive. Formare il personale di produzione e supportare l'aggiornamento delle procedure operative standard (SOP). Attività su tre turni a ciclo continuo Competenze ed esperienza La risorsa deve avere: laurea o diploma esperienza nella gestione di personale esperienza in produzione farmaci sterili Completa l'offerta Ottima opportunità di carriera. #J-18808-Ljbffr
