Night Manager – Six Senses Rome Join the IHG Hotels & Resorts team as Night Manager at Six Senses Rome. As Night Manager, your vision will align with Six Senses’ commitment to wellness, sustainability, and extraordinary guest experiences. ResponsibilitiesLead the Front Office to deliver exceptional service within brand standards. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel facilities, rates, and packages. Process advanced deposits, track future room availability, and determine rates. Oversee guest history and profile system in partnership with Reservations Manager. Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, and F&B to meet guest needs and ensure smooth guest arrivals. Ensure all policies, procedures, and best practices are enforced. Instill cost-focused philosophy through training and education. Operate the property in compliance with all legal, statutory, and financial requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field plus ≥2 years front office/guest services experience, including supervisory experience; ≥3 years in similar hotel operational role preferred. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus. Eligible to work in Italy.
