For our offices in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Tendering and acquisition specialist to join our New Initiatives Unit (Acquisition and Tender Department). He/She will be involved in numerous activities relating to the design-execution process for projects both in Italy and abroad.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce pitch presentationsAssist in preparing technical proposals and responding to calls/tendersLiaise with communication department, project teams, and contribute proactively to the development of new business opportunitiesUpdate and manage the internal acquisition and bid databaseEducationBSc. or MSc. degree in Architecture or Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (or equivalent).Experience1 to 3 years work experience in the industry.SkillsGood knowledge of English and Italian is required; knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plusAbility to work within a multidisciplinary teamAbout usMIC-HUB is an international team of planners, engineers, designers and consultants, working across every aspect of mobility and transportation.
