Our client, a leading organisation in the Major & Utilities sector, is looking for a Budget & Cost Controller with strong experience in digital and data-driven environments for a 6 months Contract Engagement. The selected candidate will support financial planning, cost monitoring, and budget management for digital initiatives, working closely with finance, PMO, and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgets for digital and data-related projectsMonitor costs, forecasts, and budget vs. actualsProduce regular financial reports and variance analysisUse ServiceNow for planning, activity tracking, and workflow supportExtract, validate, and reconcile cost data from SAPSupport project teams with cost allocation and financial forecastingServe as liaison with Finance and PMO for periodic alignmentRequired Skills & Experience4–5 years’ experience in Controlling, Budgeting, or Cost MonitoringStrong command of budget tracking, cost control, and forecastingPractical experience using ServiceNow for planning and workflow managementGood working knowledge of SAP for financial data extractionBackground in digital or data-driven environments (preferred)Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsLanguage RequirementsItalian: MandatoryEnglish: MandatorySpanish: Nice to haveSoft SkillsHigh attention to detailStrong analytical and reporting abilitiesAble to work independently and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and coordination skills
