OverviewRicerchiamo per storica azienda che produce e commercializza dispositivi medici, un Business Developer da inserire nel proprio organico.ResponsibilitiesAnalizzare i dati di vendita per identificare opportunità di miglioramento e ottimizzazione delle performance;Studiare costantemente il mercato di riferimento per individuare nuove opportunità di business;Monitorare il flusso degli acquisti, analizzare la rotazione dei prodotti e fornire reportistica specifica;Analizzare le percentuali di costo del venduto e proporre azioni correttive ove necessario;Definire e sviluppare insieme al Management una strategia di pricing efficace e competitiva;Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore sia a livello nazionale che internazionale, rappresentando l’azienda e favorendo la costruzione di relazioni strategiche;Gestire lo sviluppo di progetti complessi, coordinandosi con i diversi reparti aziendali.QualificationsLaurea, preferibilmente in Economia, Marketing o Ingegneria Gestionale;Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità commerciale, con comprovata capacità di gestione di strategie commerciali in aziende caratterizzate da un’offerta diversificata su più linee di prodotto;Ottime capacità analitiche, visione globale e orientamento sia alle relazioni che al risultato;Preferibile un buon livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese.Additional InformationLa posizione prevede un’assunzione a tempo indeterminato, l’orario è full time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì.I candidati ambosessi (L.903/77) sono invitati a leggere l’informativa sulla privacy di domanda disponibile al seguente link Facsimile domanda candidatura
