BUROMILAN, società di consulenza di ingegneria integrata con esperienza internazionale, è alla ricerca di un/a Cost Control Engineer per la nostra sede di Milano .La società offre l’inserimento in un team giovane e dinamico; obiettivi di crescita e formazione continua.Redazione di stime preliminari, computi metrici e quadri economici;Controllo dei costi in fase di progettazione preliminare, definitiva ed esecutiva;Computazione e quantity surveying in ambiente BIM, relazionandosi con il resto del Team di progettazione;Ottimizzazione e gestione dei dati quantitativi e qualitativi all’interno di modelli BIM;Analisi e associazione di parametri alla base di un processo di cost controlling e cantierabilità dei Progetti.Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Civile / Edile / Edile-Architettura / Architettura o Diploma da geometra;Conoscenza del pacchetto Office ed in particolare di Excel;Conoscenza del software Revit;Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, sia scritta che parlata (almeno C1);Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata (almeno B2);Costituiscono requisito preferenziale: la conoscenza del software Primus e del software STR Vision CPM.EU 679/2016 sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) disponibile nella sezione privacy del nostro sito web.
