It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region. The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible to safely operate, maintain the cold store and provide excellent logistics services to our customers.Main Responsibilities Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to have maximum operational efficacy (examples: cooling system, conveyors, cranes, etc.)Respect maintenance plans according to priority indicated by maintenance coordinatorUpdate records of maintenance tasks completed and ensure all routine works are checkedReport any problems to the managerMaintain good inventory of engineering spare parts, tools and equipment according to weekly plans receivedRespond efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtimeLiaise with maintenance supplier's workers to identify the impact of breakdown eventsUnder breakdown conditions, advise management teams about options to solveAbility to manage height operations and rescueAlways work safely and notify any safety concernsFollow all procedures according to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructionsBe available to support structural site maintenance (e.g., doors, panels, ramps, hydraulics, green area, etc.)Who we are looking for We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking individuals who thrive in collaborative and fast-moving environments.Ready to make an impact?
