Are you fluent in Italian and enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an excellent customer experience? Join an international team as an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative , working fully remotely from anywhere in Greece.
Whether you already live in Greece or are considering relocating from another EU country, this opportunity offers paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support .
Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required
Salary & Benefits Performance bonus up to 10%

Your Responsibilities As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative , you will:
Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve
