Per un prestigioso brand internazionale del mondo del lusso siamo alla ricerca di un Finance Director Europe. La figura sarà un partner strategico chiave per il Presidente Europa e per il Senior Management Team, responsabile della guida della strategia finanziaria in più paesi, garantendo piena compliance e migliorando le performance dell'intera regione.Questo ruolo combina una solida expertise finanziaria con leadership, agilità e capacità di supportare le decisioni aziendali in ambito retail, wholesale, e-commerce e nelle funzioni operative.Il / la professionista avrà le seguenti responsabilità :1. Strategic Business PartnershipAgire come consulente finanziario di fiducia per il Presidente Europa e il senior leadership team, contribuendo alle decisioni strategiche con insight chiari e basati sui dati.Mettere in discussione le assunzioni, fornire analisi di scenario e tradurre le informazioni finanziarie in raccomandazioni operative.Supportare i team commerciali e retail con analisi di performance robuste, revisione dei KPI, insight sui clienti e sui mercati.Monitorare trend di mercato, dinamiche competitive e condizioni macro-finanziarie per orientare la pianificazione futura.Facilitare la collaborazione cross-funzionale e garantire un allineamento finanziario coerente tra tutti i dipartimenti.2. Accounting, Tax, Treasury & ComplianceGarantire la piena compliance con regolamentazioni statutarie e requisiti fiscali in tutti i mercati europei.Supervisionare le relazioni con banche, revisori, consulenti fiscali e partner esterni chiave.Sovrintendere a compliance fiscale, tax reporting e documentazione
