DescriptionThe opportunityBU Transformers is looking for an HSE Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact between R&D, Engineering and Quality Functions with HSE Function, providing expert guidance on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters, collecting and sharing good and best practices and following up on effective close out of improvement actions/ projects. This role will focus on hazard identification and risk assessment across activities and projects, ensuring that safety considerations are integrated into all stages of development and operations.In addition, the HSE Specialist will analyze information from HSE incidents to coordinate lessons learned and define, implement, and monitor improvement actions. These actions will target products and work processes that can benefit from enhancements driven by R&D, Engineering, or Quality initiatives.Requested by the R&D team, this position will support projects involving Global Product Groups (GPGs) and Engineering, while also delivering essential HSE training.How you’ll make an impactAct as a bridge between HSE and R&D, Engineering, and Quality, the HSE Specialist will ensure effective knowledge
