Intertek, an international leader in ATIC services (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification), is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join the Italian Industry Services team. The role has a key function in supporting business growth, contributing to new client acquisition, strengthening existing relationships and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Prepare and manage commercial offers for technical services, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery Handle leads, potential customers and business opportunities in line with the commercial strategy and action plans Plan and organize activities to reach sales objectives, balancing outbound calls, lead conversion, pipeline management, quote dispatch and contract closing Conduct research and qualification of contacts, identifying key stakeholders and generating interest in Intertek services Expand the professional network internally and externally to the organization Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in the company CRM, proactively managing commercial information and related activities Requirements 2-3 years experience in back‑office commercial roles or inside sales, preferably in B2B industrial or technical settings Good knowledge of sales processes and proven track record of hitting commercial targets Secondary school diploma; a degree in economics, engineering or language fields is preferred Proficiency in MS Office and, preferably, CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce or similar) Excellent written and spoken Italian and English; French knowledge is a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proactive in gathering information and managing contacts Organised, methodical and motivated, with strong teamwork orientation and results focus Benefits Location: Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) (MM2 Villa Fiorita) Primarily back‑office activities, with the possibility of up to 50% smart working after the onboarding and training period. Occasional business travel to clients, trade fairs or industry events.
