Azienda del settore chimico Manpower, per azienda cliente del settore produttivo, ricerca un / a Junior Application Manager SAP (S / 4 HANA) per il potenziamento dell ufficio IT. La risorsa fornirà assistenza di 1° livello agli utenti interni sull applicativo SAP S / 4 HANA e, successivamente, su altri strumenti informatici. In caso di problematiche complesse, gestirà l escalation verso colleghi IT o fornitori esterni (servizio AMS 2° livello). Attività principaliMonitoraggio del sistema di ticketing Presa in carico delle attività di competenza (SAP) Supporto di 1° livello su SAP Attivazione di colleghi IT e / o fornitori esterni quando necessario Implementazione e rilascio di QUERY / REPORT SAP Gestione autonoma di piccole attività progettualiRequisitiDiploma in discipline informatiche (preferibile laurea triennale) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) Esperienza di almeno 1 anno su SAP S / 4 HANA con competenze in : Moduli CO, FI, MM, PP, QM, EWM, SD Analisi tabelle database HANA Gestione di 1° livello : code EWM, job, stampanti, invio mail, interfacce, profili, utenti, transazioni Conoscenze di base su reti, utenze, connessioni, antivirusSoft SkillsTeam working e problem solving Buone capacità comunicative Propensione all apprendimento e alla condivisione della conoscenzaContratto Da definire in base all esperienza Benefit Orario flessibile, mensa interna Sede Burago di Molgora (MB) #J-18808-Ljbffr
