Deal Advisory M&A Tax Senior Consultant | Milano Join KPMG Italy in the Deal Advisory M&A Tax Team in Milan. Our team helps clients navigate complex tax challenges in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. ResponsibilitiesTax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc). Corporate restructuring. Analyses of the treatment of extraordinary transactions according to national accounting standards (OIC) and international ones (IAS/IFRS). National and International tax opinions. Applications for tax rulings. Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP).Qualifications3-5 years of professional experience at International Law Firms, the Big Four and/or Advisory Firms. A master’s degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 100/110. Intention to pursue the professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
