aizoOn, società di consulenza tecnologica di innovazione, indipendente, che opera a livello globale ricerca un / a Project Manager di Opere Civili. La risorsa sarà inserita nell’area Engineering della Divisione Transportation e opererà per la Direzione Lavori relativa alla costruzione di una importante infrastruttura in ambito trasporti. Sarà coinvolta nella preparazione della gara per le opere civili e, successivamente, nella gestione operativa delle attività di direzione lavori durante la fase costruttiva. Supporto alla definizione, predisposizione e coordinamento della documentazione tecnica per la gara d’appalto relativa alle opere civili. Collaborazione con il management nella redazione degli atti e degli elaborati previsti dal nuovo Codice degli Appalti. Coordinamento di team multidisciplinari (geotecnica, ventilazione, antincendio, impianti, ecc.) nelle attività tecniche e istruttorie connesse alla gara. Gestione e supervisione delle attività di direzione lavori nella fase costruttiva, con particolare riferimento a opere civili e infrastrutture in sotterraneo. Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento lavori, verifica della conformità tecnico-contrattuale e interfaccia con gli stakeholder del progetto. Laurea in discipline tecnico-ingegneristiche. Consolidata esperienza nella progettazione o nella gestione costruttiva di opere civili, preferibilmente in ambito infrastrutturale e/o opere in sotterraneo. Ottime capacità di comunicazione, organizzazione e gestione delle priorità. Assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Possibilità di valutare professionisti in regime di libera professione / partita IVA.
