Fall asleep under frescoes in high-ceilinged rooms, dine on authentic Italian dishes on the airy veranda and recover from a day of shopping and sightseeing with a massage in our sleek, modern Spa.**About the role** We currently have an opportunity for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our iconics Four Seasons Hotel Milano and supporting Hotel Danieli, Venice during its highly anticipated reopening year as a Four Seasons Hotel. This role combines strategic thinking, aesthetic sensibility, and analytical mindset, ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media and understands the luxury hospitality and lifestyle landscape.**What you will do*** Develop and manage the social media editorial calendar for @fsmilan and @zelomilano, aligning with brand identity, marketing campaigns, and key moments in the city.* Support @fsvenice in its social media relaunch and opening-year campaigns, ensuring a smooth transition from @hoteldanieli and alignment with Four Seasons brand standards, while driving creative excellence and engagement.* Oversee content publishing across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, and potentially TikTok), optimizing timing, format, and trends.* Create original content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories) as a content creator, organizing and producing social shootings independently or by coordinating professionals, models, and extras when needed.* Supervise and coordinate larger-scale social-first productions, collaborating with photographers, videographers, or external agencies.* Handle copywriting and content editing, crafting catchy, engaging, and SEO-optimized captions that reflect the brand’s tone of voice and drive engagement.* Manage the communities: engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and drive authentic interaction.* Track and analyze performance through regular reporting, using tools such as Sprout Social and native platform insights to optimize strategy and content.* Lead influencer and creator collaborations, including:* o Local content creators, influencers, and socialites for @zelomilano* o International creators, KOLs, and influencers for @fsmilan and @fsvenice, based on strategic target markets (leveraging influencer marketing tools such as Traackr).* Stay ahead of social trends, cultural moments, and algorithm updates, proactively suggesting creative ideas and new content formats.* Support the potential launch and management of new social channels (e.g., TikTok), contributing to strategy and creative direction.**What you bring*** 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or food & beverage.* You’re a natural content creator, confident behind and in front of the camera, with a strong eye for composition, light, rhythm, and digital storytelling.* You have a deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their algorithms.* You’re experienced with social management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Traackr).* You have copywriting skills and the ability to write captivating, brand-aligned, and SEO-driven captions in both English and Italian.* You’re organized yet flexible, results-oriented, and a creative problem solver.* You’re collaborative but able to work independently.* Social media it’s your daily language.**What we offer:*** Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package* Excellent Training and Development opportunities* Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms* Meals available at our Employee Restaurant* Employee Experience initiatives: from annual themed employee party to many ESG events throughout the year* Employee Recognition Programs* Opportunities to build a successful career with global potential**Schedule & Hours:**This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan.You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of -the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.#J-18808-Ljbffr
