Chi stiamo cercando?Laurea in discipline scientifiche o STEM (Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica, Statistica, Data Science, Fisica, ecc.) Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel Data Management Buona conoscenza di processi ETL, concetti e strumenti di Data Warehouse Capacità di contribuire anche operativamente a iniziative Data Management / Data Engineering Esperienza con database relazionali e linguaggio SQL Ottime capacità di comunicazione verso stakeholder tecnici e non Approccio consulenziale, orientato alla relazione e alla soluzioneNice to haveEsperienza pregressa nella gestione di persone e mentoringChe cosa farai?Coordinare progetti Data Management e Data Engineering dall’ideazione alla produzione, garantendo tempi, qualità e budget. Supportare il Team Leader nella gestione operativa e nelle decisioni strategiche. Tradurre esigenze di business in obiettivi tecnici chiari e realizzabili. Preparare report e comunicazioni verso stakeholder interni ed esterni. Supportare la crescita del team tramite mentoring, coaching e feedback. Gestire la relazione con lo stakeholder cliente, facilitando la comunicazione tra BID e il cliente. Negoziare internamente l’allocazione delle risorse, secondo priorità e carichi di lavoro. Partecipare ad attività di cross‑selling e up‑selling individuando nuove opportunità.
