Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro Job Overview The role of Senior Golf Course Mechanic is to oversee all maintenance and repair of golf course equipment. This position requires a hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional with deep mechanical expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, repair, and service all golf course equipment including mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and small engines. Develop a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Prioritize repairs based on the needs of the Golf Course Superintendent.RequirementsUniversity degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years experience as a mechanic or technician in golf course maintenance. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic tools. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency in English and Italian. Familiarity with major turf brand equipment such as Toro, John Deere, Jacobsen, etc. Experience in interpreting technical schematics. Diagnostic tool proficiency.
