You’ll guide the definition of the technical roadmap, ensuring that the system complies with software engineering standards for maintainability, reliability, scalability and security; supporting the team to ensure they can deliver on time, managing resources and removing blockers as well as providing training and career development paths to drive continuous improvement. Location / WFH: The company is a big advocate of flexible working and prides itself on DEI; you can work from home anywhere in Italy; you can also work at times that suit you.
