IL TUO RUOLO

As a Process Safety Consultant , within the CoE Sustainability & Climate Change, for projects in various market sectors, you will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Analysis and risk assessment;
  • Conducting and facilitating multidisciplinary HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL workshops, with a leadership role;
  • Execution of quantitative risk analyses (QRA, FERA), including consequence modeling using specialized software (e.g., DNV PHAST);
  • Development of event trees (ETA) and fault trees (FTA) for probability and impact assessment;
  • Application of Seveso III regulations (Directive 2012/18/EU – Legislative Decree 105/2015), including: Verifiability assessment;
  • Internal audits on SGS-PIR. Support in drafting studies and safety reports;
  • Analysis of NaTech risks (natural and technological hazards);
  • Definition and management of critical safety elements (SECE/OCE);
  • Management of the Management of Change (MOC) process;
  • Participation in incident investigation and root cause analysis
  • Use of software for risk analysis and process safety: PHA-Works, PHA-Pro, exSILentia; DNV PHAST or equivalents for consequence modeling.

LE TUE CARATTERISTICHE

  • Experience in the role of HAZOP/HAZID/SIL Leader, in facilitating multidisciplinary workshops;
  • Experience in Seveso regulations (Directive 2012/18/EU - D.Lgs. 105/2015);
  • Experience in conducting quantitative risk analyses (QRA/FERA), developing event trees (ETA) and fault trees (FTA), consequence modeling using industry software;
  • Experience in defining critical elements (SECE/OCE), MOC management, incident investigation;
  • Familiarity with software tools for risk analysis (e.g., PHA-Works, PHA-Pro, exSILentia) and consequence modeling software (e.g., DNV PHAST);
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of French will be positively evaluated.
