L’obiettivo del ruolo è ampliare la presenza del brand sul territorio, promuovendo tecnologie dedicate alla qualità dell’acqua e al benessere delle persone. Mansioni Gestire, coordinare e motivare la rete vendita sul territorio assegnato; Identificare nuove opportunità di mercato e definire strategie di sviluppo commerciale; Curare i rapporti con installatori, rivenditori e clienti diretti; Supportare la direzione nella definizione di piani di marketing e azioni promozionali; Monitorare risultati, budget e indicatori di performance (KPI) di area. Requisiti Buona conoscenza del settore idrico, impiantistico o del trattamento dell’acqua; Spiccata capacità relazionale e orientamento al cliente; Attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi e capacità di leadership; Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte; Diploma tecnico o laurea ad indirizzo economico/gestionale. Offerta Contratto a tempo determinato e successiva possibilità di assunzione stabile; Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali flessibili; Pacchetto retributivo competitivo (fisso + premi al raggiungimento dei target); Auto aziendale, PC, telefono e strumenti digitali di lavoro.
