We're seeking a brilliant Data Observability Engineer to ensure our data is not only accurate and consistent but also a catalyst for customer-centric innovation.ResponsibilitiesInnovate and Lead: Spearhead the development of state-of-the-art data observability solutions that guarantee high-quality, reliable, and well-monitored data pipelines, driving us towards technological leadership.Proactive Problem Solver: Implement advanced monitoring, detection, and alerting systems to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and missing information before they impact our business.Collaborative Optimizer: Work hand-in-hand with data teams to refine data pipelines and address performance or quality challenges with agility and precision.Metrics Master: Define and uphold key data health metrics, ensuring transparency and traceability through comprehensive documentation.Tech Trailblazer: Harness the power of automation and AI-driven tools to elevate data monitoring and anomaly detection to new heights.Cross-Functional Coordinator: Provide expertise, training, and support, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across data products.Quality Champion: Ensure all data products and pipelines adhere to rigorous data quality monitoring processes and procedures.Your profileYou hold a university degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent.You bring at least 5 years of experience as a data engineer, with a deep understanding of data engineering concepts, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms.You have expert-level skills in SQL and Python, with experience in Node.js considered a plus.
