OverviewThe role will directly support the Regional Finance Manager for PT, SE, in leading the financial analysis and coordination for the Grid Solutions SE Region. This includes managing P&L and cash for 4 manufacturing sites in France & Italy, service activities in 6 countries, and trading operations.ResponsibilitiesManage all business cycles including budgeting, forecasting, closing, and measuring performance to achieve financial goals.Oversee budgeting processes; model inputs, outputs, and interrelations of forecasted product volume, pricing, and costs.Track performance relative to budgets and forecasts, review actual results, and explain variances based on business drivers.Lead preparation of month‑end/quarter‑end management reporting.Utilize quantitative analytical approaches, including regression and correlations, to deliver accurate forecasts.Assist SE Region leadership with financial issues, questions, and scenario modeling.Partner with Operations to optimize cash collection and reduce PD.Handle PD and FCF reporting to HQ and business leaders.Prepare FCF pacing for the region and coordinate inputs with each country.Track and monitor functional costs and productivity initiatives through budgeting, closing and reporting.Build detailed financial models that track and analyze functional costs and headcount impact.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency in pacing and reporting activities.Track progress against plans at a granular level; identify risks and opportunities each quarter and lead mitigation.Identify and execute digitization process improvements.Lead strategic FP&A projects for PT across the region.QualificationsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent.8+ years finance experience in Energy or related industries.Strong analytical skills with clear linkage of financial results to operational performance drivers.Proficient with financial systems (SAP, Business Objects, Hyperion, Essbase, etc.) and strong Excel skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Desired CharacteristicsAdaptable to change and capable of working in ambiguous situations.Strong influencing skills and assertiveness across business functions.Intense attention to detail with ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.Self‑starter with high energy, creativity, customer focus, and entrepreneurial spirit.Highly analytical and curious with prior FP&A experience.Experience in project control/supply chain finance or site‑finance is a great asset.Experience working in a matrix environment.Relocation AssistanceNoSeniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesElectric Power Generation#J-18808-Ljbffr
