Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals for the Italian Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts position in Greece. In this vital role within the social media industry, you will evaluate and moderate AI-generated content to ensure platform integrity and user safety, contributing to the development of safer digital environments while enjoying a world-class lifestyle in Athens.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within GenAI responses to maintain high trust and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the accuracy and quality of automated content moderation tools.
- Apply deep understanding of cultural nuances and language proficiency to safeguard the Italian-speaking user community.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in the social media industry to anticipate and address new safety challenges.
- Provide insightful feedback on AI model performance to enhance safety protocols.
- Maintain professional performance standards in a fast-paced, dynamic social media environment.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an interest in the social media industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, tech-focused team.
- Passion for emerging technologies and AI ethics.
- Prior experience in content moderation or trust and safety is a plus.
